Thomas is an associate in the Litigation & Disputes practice group. He assists with drafting memoranda, conducting research, reviewing pleadings, and preparing motions to dismiss. He also performs document review for clients on discovery projects.

He is a member of the firm's Summer Associate Hiring Committee. Before he became a lawyer, he was a judicial extern in an Illinois circuit court and a legislative policy analyst for the Michigan Association of School Administrators, where he prepared policy recommendations on state and national education legislation.
